Born\'s Kitchen Cooking School is a great way to learn new dishes, recipes, skills, and techniques that will improve your repertoire in the kitchen. We offer classes with recipes from all over the world looking into different cuisines, healthier options, and getting back to the basics of good home cooking. The classes are and interactive hands on experience where all participants are encouraged to join in and play a vital role in the kitchen. At a class you will be supplied with a recipe book, apron and the utensils needed in the class. The classes are an event as well so once the cooking and teaching has been done you will sit down to a big family style meal and enjoy the creations you have learnt and made. Entertaining at home is one of the great pleasures in life, but sometimes there is just too much to do and not enough time to do it. Specialities: Canapés and finger foods are ideal for cocktail parties another fan favorite for cocktail parties is bowl food served in bowls and in smaller portions which is ideal if your standing, there is no need to sit down at a table and eat formally. Hands on cooking is one of our specialties, it is a great social event where we prepare the recipes and ingredients, and you as the customer and your group of guests get to learn how to cook and prepare all the different dishes, with our help, hints, and tips. Once all the cooking and demonstrations are done it is on to the best part of the evening to enjoy your creations. Classes, we offer a range of classes on a range of all different types of cooking techniques. Some people know me as the meat and BBQ guy, which is something I take great pride in, take the time to learn how to choose your meat, season, marinade, and most of all cook it, from BBQ,s, grills, flattops, stove tops, to the smoker. Come and learn to create your own culinary masterpieces. This is just one of the many courses we offer.
