Hello, and thanks for stopping by. For years gone by, Um Mansoor delighted her local community with delicious, freshly baked Khameer. After years of love and devotion to refining her craft, her son Mansoor decided to create a food concept using his mother’s traditional recipe. Mansoor worked restlessly to develop an exciting, cosmopolitan evolution of Khameer to create the best tasting Khameer’s in town. Previously Khameer & Dough, we were inspired by this concepts created Better Than Bagels! Recognizing the influence of food in connecting people socially and emotionally, we serve exceptional sweet and savoury buns to a diverse local and global community in the UAE. Our soft buns has been revitalized for today’s fast-moving consumer with a passion for food. We are a progressive concept but our roots are firmly grounded by the traditional practices of Emirati cuisine and the guidance of Um Mansoor, who inspired us to make it happen. Um Mansoor is definitely one proud Mama!
