Self-taught pastry chef Suzie was raised in a family where the kitchen was at the heart of the home. Her mother would only prepare homemade food for her loved ones and taught Suzie the value of using fresh, natural ingredients. Today Suzie sprinkles the same love and care into her own baking, using recipes that have been passed down through generations. All her desserts are made from scratch and in small batches with natural ingredients, free from artificial additives and preservatives. Her special thanks go to the inspirational cooks of the family, Mama Wafa, Auntie Houda, late Teta Rabeea and good friend Nonna Maria. Take your taste buds on a mouthwatering trip down memory lane with an array of yummy treats including cannoli, freshly baked cakes and other treats. One bite and you’ll imagine yourself back in the kitchen, licking batter from the bowl!
